Our Projects in Africa

MDDK

Mpokoto is located about 700km west of Lubumbashi in the Katanga Province. The area was originally targeted based on the presence of an extensive gold geochemical anomaly in termite mounds. Follow-up augur and diamond drilling has indicated the presence of stacked, gold mineralized zones in a clastic sequence in the Mpokoto target area. 2021 site trip showed little artisanal activity on site and remaining drillcore in good condition.

Tshimbumbu

The Tshimbumbu site is located south of Mutshatsha village about 56 km. The agricultural service road which links the RN 39 to the Tshimbumbu site is largely in a very advanced state of disrepair.

The first 12 km are passable by vehicle, after this section of about 12 km we have a very dilapidated road with bridges already amortized. Beyond 30 km we take a small path that goes to the Tshimbumbu site.

Kibara

Positive result though only qualitative as previous partner did not release full data. The presence of tin is indicative of the existence of a potential primary pegment, which in the regional context is also susceptible of hosting W, NB,Ta and Li.
